Throughout our coaching sessions, I go through a 9 step ABC framework that helps me guide you towards auditing your life (wheel of life assessment, strengths and weaknesses) so that you are able to gain awareness and clarity of where you are and where you want to be.
I guide you towards setting your goals, building the right habits to reach your goals, while taking consistent action and taking you further and farther in life by challenging your comfort zone from time to time and going beyond reaching your goals.
I encourage you to connect with yourself throughout the process through balanced reflection.
By the end you will be equipped with having the right tools to navigate your own path in full trust and in full confidence allowing you to truly live your purpose. Most importantly, I encourage you when you want to give up, and allow you to be accountable to yourself.
